All Smirk designs are the property of Smirk Kids and are protected under law of Copyright.

ORDERING AND SECURITY

The Smirk website uses the Ashop Commerce Shopping Cart technology providing a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer protection.  This is the highest industry standard encryption available.

Westpac Bank provides the payment gateway service to the Smirk online shopping facility.  Westpac provides the upmost in security for online credit card payments.  Smirk does accept payments over 128-bit SSL encryption.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We are very happy for you to exchange your order if your sizing is incorrect.  Simply post your order back to;

and we will arrange a replacement product.  We are able to refund your purchase should you be require provided it is in a saleable condition.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST of 10 %.

Smirk is constantly ordering and printing new stock.  Occasionally we will sell out of items.  If you would like something that is SOLD OUT please contact us and we will let you know( within 24 hours ) how long it will before it's available.
